6. No Refunds or Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED.
By making any purchase on this Server, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All purchases are final and non-refundable
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any virtual items, currency, or services
- Virtual items are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned"
- If you are banned or suspended from the Server, you will not receive a refund for any purchases
- If the Server is discontinued, you will not receive a refund for any purchases
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension or termination
If you have concerns about a purchase, please contact our support team. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee any resolution or refund.
7. Server Modifications and Downtime
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Server at any time

- Reset or modify game worlds, player data, or virtual items as necessary
We are not liable for any loss of data, virtual items, or progress due to server modifications, maintenance, or downtime.

- Violation of Minecraft's EULA
- Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized modifications

Terminated accounts will not receive refunds for any purchases.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Server, including but not limited to:
- Server modifications, plugins, and custom code
- Server branding, logos, and graphics
- Custom game mechanics and features
- Website content and design
are the property of Ioncrafters and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IONCRAFTERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, virtual items, or game progress
- Server downtime, maintenance, or technical issues
- Actions of other players
- Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Server
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Age Requirements
This Server is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use this Server and that they have agreed to these Terms of Service on your behalf.
Parents or guardians are responsible for their children's use of the Server and any purchases made by their children.
